They've wiped out their savings and invested 50,000 euros in the refurb. But tourism has been quiet this year and their potential goldmine has had to stay shut for six months. They've now got a date to reopen - but have they got their timing right? Cameras also return to Saydo Park, an enclave full of static caravans, mobile homes and Brits at the foot of the Andalusian Mountains.
